Hindi Meaning
"हनुमान्जी ने जब अपने दल को विकल (भयभीत) हुआ सुना, उस समय वे बलवान् पश्चिम द्वार पर थे। वहाँ उनसे मेघनाद युद्ध कर रहा था। वह द्वार टूटता न था, बड़ी भारी कठिनाई हो रही थी॥2॥"
English Meaning
"When the mighty Hanuman ji heard that his troops were in distress, he was at Lanka’s western gate, engaged in battle with Meghnad. The gate would not break, causing great hardship and slowing the advance."
