रावण की सभा में अंगद-रावण संवाद – Angad-Ravan dialogue in Ravan’s court

"वानर श्रेष्ठ अंगद बहुत जोर से कटकटाए (शब्द किया) और उन्होंने तमककर (जोर से) अपने दोनों भुजदण्डों को पृथ्वी पर दे मारा। पृथ्वी हिलने लगी, (जिससे बैठे हुए) सभासद् गिर पड़े और भय रूपी पवन (भूत) से ग्रस्त होकर भाग चले॥2॥"

"The mighty monkey warrior Angad, fierce like a battling elephant, let out a thunderous cry and struck both his mighty arms against the ground. The Earth shook, and everyone in the assembly tumbled from their seats and fled in terror, as though swept away and swallowed by a raging wind of fear."
