"करुणानिधान भगवान् ने देवताओं को भयभीत जाना। तब उन्होंने धनुष को कान तक तानकर राक्षस के मुख को बाणों के समूह से भर दिया। तो भी वह महाबली पृथ्वी पर न गिरा॥1॥"
English Meaning
"When the ocean of mercy, Shri Ram, saw the Demigods gripped with fear, He drew the bowstring up to His ear and sent a terrifying cluster of arrows piercing through the demon’s mouth, yet the immensely brave Kumbhkaran still did not fall."
