Hindi Meaning
"श्री रामजी के चरणकमलों को हृदय में रखकर पवनपुत्र हनुमान्जी अपना बल बखानकर (अर्थात् मैं अभी लिए आता हूँ, ऐसा कहकर) चले। उधर एक गुप्तचर ने रावण को इस रहस्य की खबर दी। तब रावण कालनेमि के घर आया॥1॥"
English Meaning
"Invoking Shri Ram’s lotus feet in his heart, Hanuman ji declared his resolve and strength, reassuring Lord Ram and everyone present that he would fetch the herb without delay. The Son of the Wind God then departed. On the other side, a spy revealed this secret to Ravan, who immediately went to the home of his demon ally, Kalnemi."
