Hindi Meaning
"उनके लाल नेत्र हैं, चौड़ी छाती और विशाल भुजाएँ हैं। हिमाचल पर्वत के समान उज्ज्वल (गौरवर्ण) शरीर कुछ ललाई लिए हुए है। इधर रावण ने भी बड़े-बड़े योद्धा भेजे, जो अनेकों अस्त्र-शस्त्र लेकर दौड़े॥1॥"
English Meaning
"Shri Lakshman’s eyes were blood-red, his chest broad, and his arms long and powerful. His complexion shone like the Himalayan mountain with a soft hue of red. There on the battlefield, the ten-headed Ravan sent forth many brave warriors, who charged ahead with countless missiles and weapons in their hands."
