पिता बचन मैं नगर न आवउँ। आपु सरिस कपि अनुज पठावउँ॥2॥

Hindi Meaning
"भावार्थ:-सब क्रिया-कर्म करने के बाद विभीषण ने आकर पुनः सिर नवाया। तब कृपा के समुद्र श्री रामजी ने छोटे भाई लक्ष्मणजी को बुलाया। श्री रघुनाथजी ने कहा कि तुम, वानरराज सुग्रीव, अंगद, नल, नील जाम्बवान् और मारुति सब नीतिनिपुण लोग मिलकर विभीषण के साथ जाओ और उन्हें राजतिलक कर दो। पिताजी के वचनों के कारण मैं नगर में नहीं आ सकता। पर अपने ही समान वानर और छोटे भाई को भेजता हूँ॥1-2॥"
English Meaning
"Vibhishan then returned to Shri Ram and bowed once more. The ocean of mercy, Lord Ram, summoned His younger brother, Shri Lakshman, and said, “You, along with the King of monkeys Sugriv, Nal, Neel, Jambvant, and the son of the Wind God, Hanuman, are all wise and well versed in political wisdom and righteous conduct. Go together with Vibhishan and perform his coronation. By my father’s command, I am forbidden to enter any city during my fourteen years of exile, therefore I am sending my younger brother and the monkeys, who are in every way as capable as I am.”"
