Hindi Meaning
"भावार्थ : हर्ष और शोक से युक्त वाणी (समाचार) सुनकर वह पक्षी (सम्पाती) वानरों के पास आया। वानर डर गए। उनको अभय करके (अभय वचन देकर) उसने पास जाकर जटायु का वृत्तांत पूछा, तब उन्होंने सारी कथा उसे कह सुनाई॥5॥"
English Meaning
"Hearing Angad’s words, joyful in praise of his brother Jatayu yet sorrowful for his passing, Sampati came closer. The monkeys grew fearful at his approach, but he reassured them and gently inquired about his younger brother Jatayu. The monkeys then recounted the entire story to him."
