Hindi Meaning
"भावार्थ : (सुग्रीव ने कहा-) हे नाथ! विषय के समान और कोई मद नहीं है। यह मुनियों के मन में भी क्षणमात्र में मोह उत्पन्न कर देता है (फिर मैं तो विषयी जीव ही ठहरा)। सुग्रीव के विनययुक्त वचन सुनकर लक्ष्मणजी ने सुख पाया और उनको बहुत प्रकार से समझाया॥4॥"
English Meaning
"Sugriv said, “My Lord, there is nothing more intoxicating than the pleasures of the senses; even the hearts of Sages can, in an instant, be swayed by their allure.” Pleased by Sugriv’s humility, Lakshman ji comforted and reassured him in many ways."
