Hindi Meaning
"भावार्थ : देने-लेने में मन में शंका न रखे। अपने बल के अनुसार सदा हित ही करता रहे। विपत्ति के समय तो सदा सौगुना स्नेह करे। वेद कहते हैं कि संत (श्रेष्ठ) मित्र के गुण (लक्षण) ये हैं॥3॥"
English Meaning
"…In matters of giving and receiving, one should deal with friends without hesitation and always act in their best interest to the fullest of one’s ability. In times of hardship, one should love a friend a hundredfold more than before. Such are the virtues of a true friend, as proclaimed in the Vedas…"
