Hindi Meaning
"भावार्थ : वे तो पिता के वध होने पर ही मुझे मार डालते। श्री रामजी ने ही मेरी रक्षा की, इसमें सुग्रीव का कोई एहसान नहीं है। अंगद बार-बार सबसे कह रहे हैं कि अब मरण हुआ, इसमें कुछ भी संदेह नहीं है॥3॥"
English Meaning
"…Sugriv would have killed me at the time of my father’s death had Lord Ram not protected me; therefore, so I owe him no gratitude.” Angad repeatedly told everyone that their death was inevitable and that there was no doubt about it."
