"भावार्थ : बाण के लगते ही बालि व्याकुल होकर पृथ्वी पर गिर पड़ा, किंतु प्रभु श्री रामचंद्रजी को आगे देखकर वह फिर उठ बैठा। भगवान्‌ का श्याम शरीर है, सिर पर जटा बनाए हैं, लाल नेत्र हैं, बाण लिए हैं और धनुष चढ़ाए हैं॥1॥"
