"सुंदर मंगल का साज सजकर (रनिवास की) स्त्रियाँ और सखियाँ आदर सहित सीताजी को लिवा चलीं। सभी सुंदरियाँ सोलहों श्रृंगार किए हुए मतवाले हाथियों की चाल से चलने वाली हैं। उनके मनोहर गान को सुनकर मुनि ध्यान छोड़ देते हैं और कामदेव की कोयलें भी लजा जाती हैं। पायजेब, पैंजनी और सुंदर कंकण ताल की गति पर बड़े सुंदर बज रहे हैं।"

"Carrying auspicious items in their hands, Sita ji’s companions and the other ladies respectfully escorted Her to the marriage pavilion. Each graceful woman was adorned with the sixteen traditional embellishments, and their elegant movements resembled the gentle sway of an intoxicated elephant. Their melodious songs were so enchanting that even meditating Sages might abandon their trance, and the cuckoo of Kaamdev would fall silent in awe. The soft jingling of their toe rings, anklets, and delicate bangles created a harmonious rhythm, perfectly accompanying their sweet songs."
