Hindi Meaning
"यमदूतों के मुख पर कालिख लगाने के लिए यह जगत में यमुनाजी के समान है और जीवों को मुक्ति देने के लिए मानो काशी ही है। यह श्री रामजी को पवित्र तुलसी के समान प्रिय है और तुलसीदास के लिए हुलसी (तुलसीदासजी की माता) के समान हृदय से हित करने वाली है॥6॥"
English Meaning
"Ram Katha is like the sacred river Yamuna, smearing black ink on the faces of the attendants of the Lord of Death, scaring them away. It is akin to the holy city of Kashi, where liberation is guaranteed to all who pass away there. To Lord Ram (Shri Hari), it is as beloved as the pious Tulsi plant, and to Tulsidas ji, it is as dear to his heart as his mother Hulsi, with his well-being embedded in her heart."
