"कोई बहुत दुबला, कोई बहुत मोटा, कोई पवित्र और कोई अपवित्र वेष धारण किए हुए है। भयंकर गहने पहने हाथ में कपाल लिए हैं और सब के सब शरीर में ताजा खून लपेटे हुए हैं। गधे, कुत्ते, सूअर और सियार के से उनके मुख हैं। गणों के अनगिनत वेषों को कौन गिने? बहुत प्रकार के प्रेत, पिशाच और योगिनियों की जमाते हैं। उनका वर्णन करते नहीं बनता।"

"Some were extremely thin, while others were fat; some appeared pure, while others had an impure look. They wore fearsome ornaments, carried skulls in their hands, and were smeared with fresh blood. Their heads resembled those of donkeys, dogs, pigs, and jackals. Who could possibly count the endless forms of these attendants? There were countless groups of ghosts, spirits, and demonesses, many of which were beyond description."
