Hindi Meaning
"यह रामकथा असुरों की सेना के समान नरकों का नाश करने वाली और साधु रूप देवताओं के कुल का हित करने वाली पार्वती (दुर्गा) है। यह संत-समाज रूपी क्षीर समुद्र के लिए लक्ष्मीजी के समान है और सम्पूर्ण विश्व का भार उठाने में अचल पृथ्वी के समान है॥5॥"
English Meaning
"Ram Katha is the destroyer of all Hells, much like an army annihilating demons. For the saintly groups of Demigods, it is as beneficial as Goddess Parvati, the daughter of the Himalayas, or Maa Durga. To the society of saints, akin to the Milky Ocean, Ram Katha is like Goddess Lakshmi. It is also like Mother Earth, bearing the weight of the entire world with grace and compassion."
