Hindi Meaning
"इस प्रकार से भले ही देवताओं का हित हो (और तो कोई उपाय नहीं है) सबने कहा- यह सम्मति बहुत अच्छी है। फिर देवताओं ने बड़े प्रेम से स्तुति की। तब विषम (पाँच) बाण धारण करने वाला और मछली के चिह्नयुक्त ध्वजा वाला कामदेव प्रकट हुआ॥4॥"
English Meaning
"…”By following this plan, the interests of the Demigods will be secured.” Everyone agreed, saying, “This is a brilliant idea.” The Demigods then praised Kaamdev with heartfelt prayers for their own benefit. In response, Kaamdev, whose flag bears the emblem of a fish, appeared, armed with his five swift and formidable arrows."
