"उन्हें महल के भीतर ठहरने को उत्तम स्थान दिया, जिसमें राजा और सब रनिवास उनका मन जोहता रहे (अर्थात जिसमें राजा और महल की सारी रानियाँ स्वयं उनकी इच्छानुसार उनके आराम की ओर दृष्टि रख सकें) फिर राजा ने गुरु वशिष्ठजी के चरणकमलों की पूजा और विनती की। उनके हृदय में कम प्रीति न थी (अर्थात बहुत प्रीति थी)॥4॥"
