Hindi Meaning
"उस समय जिसने तिरहुत को देखा, उसे चौदह भुवन तुच्छ जान पड़े। जनकपुर में नीच के घर भी उस समय जो सम्पदा सुशोभित थी, उसे देखकर इन्द्र भी मोहित हो जाता था॥4॥"
English Meaning
"Anyone who witnessed Tirhut (Janakpur) during that time found even the fourteen realms of the cosmos pale in comparison to its beauty. Such was its grandeur that even Lord Indra, the King of the Demigods, was astonished by the prosperity that graced even the humblest of Janakpur’s citizens."
