Hindi Meaning
"परन्तु कामदेव की कोई भी कला मुनि पर असर न कर सकी। तब तो पापी कामदेव अपने ही (नाश के) भय से डर गया। लक्ष्मीपति भगवान जिसके बड़े रक्षक हों, भला, उसकी सीमा (मर्यादा) को कोई दबा सकता है?॥4॥"
English Meaning
"All of Kaamdev’s efforts had no effect on Sage Narad. Frustrated and powerless, the sinful Kaamdev grew fearful of his own impending doom (dreading the wrath of the great sage). After all, can anyone shake the resolve of one who is protected by the Lord of Goddess Lakshmi?"
