"वशिष्ठजी धर्म के इतिहास कह रहे हैं और राजा रनिवास सहित सुन रहे हैं, जो मुनियों के मन को भी अगम्य है, ऐसी विश्वामित्रजी की करनी को वशिष्ठजी ने आनंदित होकर बहुत प्रकार से वर्णन किया॥3॥"
English Meaning
"Guru Vashishth narrated sacred legends as the King and all the Queens in the royal palace listened with devotion. With joy, he described in various ways the extraordinary exploits of Sage Vishwamitra, deeds so marvellous that even enlightened saints found them beyond imagination."
