जनक कीन्ह कौसिकहि प्रनामा। प्रभु प्रसाद धनु भंजेउ रामा॥
मोहि कृतकृत्य कीन्ह दुहुँ भाईं। अब जो उचित सो कहिअ गोसाईं॥3॥

Hindi Meaning
"जनकजी ने विश्वामित्रजी को प्रणाम किया (और कहा-) प्रभु ही की कृपा से श्री रामचन्द्रजी ने धनुष तोड़ा है। दोनों भाइयों ने मुझे कृतार्थ कर दिया। हे स्वामी! अब जो उचित हो सो कहिए॥3॥"
English Meaning
"King Janak bowed respectfully to Guru Vishwamitra and said, “By Your grace, O’ Lord, Shri Ram has broken the bow. Both brothers have pleased and satisfied me completely in every way. O’ Master of the senses, please guide me now, what should be done next?”"
