Hindi Meaning
"(श्री शिवजी कहते हैं कि-) हे भवानी! जिनके ऐसे आचरण हैं, उन सब प्राणियों को राक्षस ही समझना। इस प्रकार धर्म के प्रति (लोगों की) अतिशय ग्लानि (अरुचि, अनास्था) देखकर पृथ्वी अत्यन्त भयभीत एवं व्याकुल हो गई॥2॥"
English Meaning
"Lord Shiv said, “O’ Bhawani, those who behave in this manner should be regarded as demons.” Witnessing the dreadful decline of righteousness, the Earth trembled in distress and fear."
