Hindi Meaning
"पुरोहित को उसके घर पहुँचाकर असुर (कालकेतु) ने (कपटी) तपस्वी को खबर दी। उस दुष्ट ने जहाँ-तहाँ पत्र भेजे, जिससे सब (बैरी) राजा सेना सजा-सजाकर (चढ़) दौड़े॥2॥"
English Meaning
"The demon Kaalketu transported the real head priest to his home and then recounted the entire event to the hermit-king. Enraged, the wretched king immediately sent letters far and wide, (calling upon enemy kings to wage war against King Pratapbhanu). In response, the kings adorned their armies and set forth for battle."
