Hindi Meaning
"तप ही के बल से रुद्र संहार करते हैं। संसार में कोई ऐसी वस्तु नहीं जो तप से न मिल सके। यह सुनकर राजा को बड़ा अनुराग हुआ। तब वह (तपस्वी) पुरानी कथाएँ कहने लगा॥2॥"
English Meaning
"…By the power of penance, Lord Shambhu destroys the world as well. There is nothing in this world that cannot be attained through penance.” Hearing this, King Pratapbhanu was filled with devotion. The sage then began narrating ancient tales."
