Hindi Meaning
"इसी से तो संत और वेद पुकारकर कहते हैं कि परम अकिंचन (सर्वथा अहंकार, ममता और मानरहित) ही भगवान को प्रिय होते हैं। आप सरीखे निर्धन, भिखारी और गृहहीनों को देखकर ब्रह्मा और शिवजी को भी संदेह हो जाता है (कि वे वास्तविक संत हैं या भिखारी)॥2॥"
English Meaning
"…That is why saints and the Vedas declare that those who are truly poor (free from desires, pride, ego, and attachment) are most beloved to Lord Hari. Even Lord Brahma and Lord Shiv find themselves in doubt when they see a penniless, homeless beggar like you, unsure whether they behold a saint or a mere mendicant."
