"गंगा जल से भी बनाई हुई मदिरा को जानकर संत लोग कभी उसका पान नहीं करते। पर वही गंगाजी में मिल जाने पर जैसे पवित्र हो जाती है, ईश्वर और जीव में भी वैसा ही भेद है॥1॥"
