Hindi Meaning
"देवताओं के हित के लिए मनुष्य शरीर धारण करने वाले जो विष्णु भगवान् हैं, वे भी शिवजी की ही भाँति सर्वज्ञ हैं। वे ज्ञान के भंडार, लक्ष्मीपति और असुरों के शत्रु भगवान् विष्णु क्या अज्ञानी की तरह स्त्री को खोजेंगे?॥1॥"
English Meaning
"Lord Vishnu, who takes on a human form for the welfare of the Demigods, is akin to Lord Shiv, the destroyer of Tripur and the knower of all. He, who is the reservoir of all knowledge, the Lord of Goddess Lakshmi, and the vanquisher of demons, could He possibly be searching for His wife like an ordinary, ignorant man?"
