Hindi Meaning
"खूब जोर से बाजे बजने लगे। सभी ने मनोहर मंगल साज साजे। सुंदर मुख और सुंदर नेत्रों वाली तथा कोयल के समान मधुर बोलने वाली स्त्रियाँ झुंड की झुंड मिलकर सुंदरगान करने लगीं॥1॥"
English Meaning
"The drums resounded loudly in joyous celebration. All around, the city was adorned with beautiful and auspicious decorations. Groups upon groups of graceful women with enchanting eyes gathered together, singing in sweet, melodious voices, like the soft and soothing calls of cuckoo birds."
