"एक बार माता ने श्री रामचन्द्रजी को स्नान कराया और श्रृंगार करके पालने पर पौढ़ा दिया। फिर अपने कुल के इष्टदेव भगवान की पूजा के लिए स्नान किया॥1॥"
English Meaning
"One day, Mother Kaushalya bathed baby Shri Ram, adorned Him beautifully, and gently placed Him in the cradle to sleep. Thereafter, she took a bath herself to offer prayers to the prime deity of the Raghu clan, Lord Ranganath."
