"सेवक हाथ, पैर और नेत्रों के समान और स्वामी मुख के समान होना चाहिए। तुलसीदासजी कहते हैं कि सेवक-स्वामी की ऐसी प्रीति की रीति सुनकर सुकवि उसकी सराहना करते हैं॥306॥"

"…A devotee should be like the hands, feet, and eyes, while a good master should embody the role of the mouth. (The hands, feet, and eyes gather sustenance for the mouth, which in turn distributes nourishment fairly to all the organs, restoring their strength in due measure. And in times of danger, these limbs are the first to rise in defence).” Tulsidas ji says that upon hearing of the boundless love shared between the servant and the master, Shri Bharat and Ram ji, the noble poets praise it."
