Hindi Meaning
"हे पुत्र! तुम सभी के परम प्रिय हो। प्राणों के प्राण और हृदय के जीवन हो। वही (प्राणाधार) तुम कहते हो कि माता! मैं वन को जाऊँ और मैं तुम्हारे वचनों को सुनकर बैठी पछताती हूँ!॥4॥"
English Meaning
"…O’ Son, You are deeply loved by all; You are the very life force of all living beings and reside in every heart. And now, You, who are the sustainer of all souls, are saying to me, ‘Mother, I am going to the forest.’ Hearing these words from You, I am filled with sorrow and remorse…"
