Hindi Meaning
"तू मेरा मस्तक माँग ले, मैं तुझे अभी दे दूँ। पर राम के विरह में मुझे मत मार। जिस किसी प्रकार से हो तू राम को रख ले। नहीं तो जन्मभर तेरी छाती जलेगी॥4॥"
English Meaning
"…Ask for my head, and I shall offer it without hesitation, but do not kill me with the torment of separation from Ram. Find any way you can to let him remain in the palace, or else the fire of remorse will burn within your heart for the rest of your life.”"
