"मेरे लिए सब लोगों ने संताप सहा और आपने भी बहुत प्रकार से दुःख पाया। अब स्वामी मुझे आज्ञा दें। मैं जाकर अवधि भर (चौदह वर्ष तक) अवध का सेवन करूँ॥4॥"
English Meaning
"…For my sake, all have borne hardships, and You Yourself have endured sorrow in countless ways. Now, O’ Lord of the Senses, kindly grant me permission to depart, that I may serve Ayodhya for fourteen years until Your return…"
