Hindi Meaning
"सारा जगत बुरा (करने वाला) हो, किन्तु हे स्वामी! केवल एक आप ही भले (अनुकूल) हों, तो फिर कहिए, किसकी भलाई से भला हो सकता है? हे देव! आपका स्वभाव कल्पवृक्ष के समान है, वह न कभी किसी के सम्मुख (अनुकूल) है, न विमुख (प्रतिकूल)॥4॥"
English Meaning
"…If the whole world turns against someone, O’ Lord, yet You alone remain favourable, then tell me, by whose kindness other than Yours could that person’s welfare be achieved? O’ Divine One, Your nature is like that of the celestial wish-fulfilling tree (Kalpavriksha), which is neither especially favourable to anyone nor opposed to anyone…"
