Hindi Meaning
"तब जानकीजी हृदय में धीरज धरकर, नील कमल के समान नेत्रों में जल भरकर, सब सासुओं से जाकर मिलीं। उस समय पृथ्वी पर करुणा (करुण रस) छा गई॥4॥"
English Meaning
"Then Sita ji composed Herself, and with tears welling up in Her blue lotus-like eyes, She went and embraced all Her Mothers-in-law (Sita ji’s seven hundred Mothers-in-law had come there). In that tender moment, the entire Earth seemed to be enveloped in compassion."
