Hindi Meaning
"कैकयी के पेट से जगत् में जन्म लेकर यह मेरे लिए कुछ भी अनुचित नहीं है। मेरी सब बात तो विधाता ने ही बना दी है। (फिर) उसमें प्रजा और पंच (आप लोग) क्यों सहायता कर रहे हैं?॥4॥"
English Meaning
"…Being born of Kaikeyi’s womb, none of this seems out of place for someone like me. The Divine Himself has already arranged everything in my favour, then why are the citizens and the Panch (five senior and wise members of a community who serve as judge and jury) further aiding in this injustice?…"
