Hindi Meaning
"खंजन पक्षी के से सुंदर नेत्रों को तिरछा करके सीताजी ने इशारे से उन्हें कहा कि ये (श्री रामचन्द्रजी) मेरे पति हैं। यह जानकर गाँव की सब युवती स्त्रियाँ इस प्रकार आनंदित हुईं, मानो कंगालों ने धन की राशियाँ लूट ली हों॥4॥"
English Meaning
"…and with a graceful movement of Her khanjan bird-like eyes, She subtly gestured towards Shri Ram, indicating that He was Her husband. Understanding Her silent expression, the young village women were filled with immense joy, like paupers who had suddenly discovered a priceless royal treasure."
