"उन्हें (देवताओं को) अवध के बधावे नहीं सुहाते, जैसे चोर को चाँदनी रात नहीं भाती। सरस्वतीजी को बुलाकर देवता विनय कर रहे हैं और बार-बार उनके पैरों को पकड़कर उन पर गिरते हैं॥4॥"

"They could not bear the joyous celebrations of Ayodhya, just as a thief despises the brightness of a moonlit night. With restless hearts, they summoned Goddess Saraswati and fell at Her feet repeatedly, pleading for Her intervention."
