Hindi Meaning
"मंत्री और सभासद् सभी प्रेममुग्ध होकर अपनी-अपनी बुद्धि के अनुसार सराहना करने लगे। श्री रामचन्द्रजी और भरतजी का संवाद सुन-सुनकर दोनों समाजों के हृदयों में हर्ष और विषाद (भरतजी के सेवा धर्म को देखकर हर्ष और रामवियोग की सम्भावना से विषाद) दोनों हुए॥3॥"
English Meaning
"The ministers and all present in the assembly offered praise to Shri Ram and Bharat ji, each according to their own wisdom and understanding. Hearing their sacred dialogue, the two groups were moved by contrasting emotions: the people of Ayodhya and Janakpur rejoiced at the tender bond between the brothers, yet their hearts grew heavy with sorrow at the thought of leaving the forest and parting from Shri Ram, Lakshman ji, and Sita ji."
