Hindi Meaning
"समस्त पुरवासी प्रेम में उमँगकर केवट से मिलकर (उसके) भाग्य की सराहना करते हैं। श्री रामचन्द्रजी ने सब माताओं को दुःखी देखा। मानो सुंदर लताओं की पंक्तियों को पाला मार गया हो॥3॥"
English Meaning
"The citizens warmly greeted Guh with great joy, praising his immense good fortune. Shri Ram then saw His mothers, overwhelmed with sorrow, like a row of delicate creepers struck down by a harsh frost."
