"जब विधाता ने इनको वनवास दिया है, तब उसने भोग-विलास व्यर्थ ही बनाए। जब ये बिना जूते के (नंगे ही पैरों) रास्ते में चल रहे हैं, तब विधाता ने अनेकों वाहन (सवारियाँ) व्यर्थ ही रचे॥3॥"

"…If the Creator intended to send such divine beings into exile, then what was the purpose of creating all the pleasures and comforts of life? And if they were destined to walk barefoot through the forest, then all the chariots, palanquins, and grand vehicles have been crafted in vain by Him…"
