श्री राम, लक्ष्मण जी, सीता जी का दशरथ जी से विदा माँगना और वन जाना – Lord Ram, Lakshman ji and Sita ji bid farewell to king Dashrath and proceed to the forest

"श्री रामजी के चलते ही बड़ा भारी विषाद हो गया। नगर का आर्तनाद (हाहाकर) सुना नहीं जाता। लंका में बुरे शकुन होने लगे, अयोध्या में अत्यन्त शोक छा गया और देवलोक में सब हर्ष और विषाद दोनों के वश में गए। (हर्ष इस बात का था कि अब राक्षसों का नाश होगा और विषाद अयोध्यावासियों के शोक के कारण था)॥2॥"

"As soon as Shri Ram departed, a wave of sorrow swept across Ayodhya, one could hardly bear to hear the cries and lamentations of the citizens. Bad omens appeared in Lanka, while Ayodhya sank into profound grief. Even the abode of the Demigods, Heaven itself, was overcome with mixed emotions (joy, knowing that Shri Ram would now destroy demons and protect the Cows, Sages, and the Earth; and sorrow, witnessing the anguish of Ayodhya’s people and the hardships Shri Ram would endure in the forest)."
