"ब्राह्मणों को बुलाकर भरतजी ने हाथ जोड़कर प्रणाम कर अवस्था के अनुसार विनय और निहोरा किया कि आप लोग ऊँचा-नीचा (छोटा-बड़ा), अच्छा-मन्दा जो कुछ भी कार्य हो, उसके लिए आज्ञा दीजिएगा। संकोच न कीजिएगा॥2॥"

"Following this, Bharat ji gathered all the Brahmins, bowing before them and offering due respect according to their age. With folded hands, he humbly entreated them: “Kindly instruct me in any task; whether great or small, pleasing or difficult, without the slightest hesitation. I shall carry it out promptly, without delay or reluctance.”"
