Hindi Meaning
"समाज सहित सब सादे साज से श्री रामजी के वन में भ्रमण (प्रदक्षिणा) करने के लिए पैदल ही चले। कोमल चरण हैं और बिना जूते के चल रहे हैं, यह देखकर पृथ्वी मन ही मन सकुचाकर कोमल हो गई॥2॥"
English Meaning
"Together with all the people, simply dressed and barefoot, they set forth into the forest of Chitrakoot, where Shri Ram dwelt. Seeing Bharat ji walk barefoot with his tender feet, the Earth herself was moved with modesty, blushed in reverence, and softened beneath his steps."
