भरतजी का चित्रकूट में पहुँचना, भरतादि सबका परस्पर मिलाप, पिता का शोक और श्राद्ध – Bharat arrives at Chitrakoot, Bharat and party meet others, mourning of king’s death and homage to the departed soul

"जैसे ईति (अधिक जल बरसना, न बरसना, चूहों का उत्पात, टिड्डियाँ, तोते आदि खेतों में बाधा देने वाले इन छह उपद्रव, दूसरे राजा की चढ़ाई)। के भय से दुःखी हुई और तीनों (आध्यात्मिक, आधिदैविक और आधिभौतिक) तापों तथा क्रूर ग्रहों और महामारियों से पीड़ित प्रजा किसी उत्तम देश और उत्तम राज्य में जाकर सुखी हो जाए, भरतजी की गति (दशा) ठीक उसी प्रकार हो रही है॥2॥"

"Just as people tormented by fears of calamities (such as excessive rain, drought, infestation by mice, locust attacks, parrots ruining crops, or enemy invasions), and suffering from the threefold miseries (Adhyatmik – sufferings of body and mind, Adhidaivik – sufferings caused by nature or fate, and Adhibhautik – sufferings from other beings, spirits, or physical forces), along with the ill effects of planets and pandemics, feel relieved upon migrating to a prosperous land with good governance, in the same way, Bharat ji too felt at peace as he approached the hermitage."
