Hindi Meaning
"श्रेष्ठ मुनि वाल्मीकिजी ने प्राणप्रिय अतिथियों को पाकर उनके लिए मधुर कंद, मूल और फल मँगवाए। श्री सीताजी, लक्ष्मणजी और रामचन्द्रजी ने फलों को खाया। तब मुनि ने उनको (विश्राम करने के लिए) सुंदर स्थान बतला दिए॥2॥"
English Meaning
"The revered Sage had found a guest dearer to him than life itself. He had roots, bulbs, and fruits lovingly served to them. Sita ji, Sumitri (Lakshman ji), and Ram ji partook of the meal, after which the Sage arranged beautiful lodgings for them."
