"देवराज इन्द्र कपट और कुचाल की सीमा है। उसे पराई हानि और अपना लाभ ही प्रिय है। इन्द्र की रीति कौए के समान है। वह छली और मलिन मन है, उसका कहीं किसी पर विश्वास नहीं है॥1॥"
English Meaning
"The Lord of the Demigods, Indra, was infamous for his deceitful ways. He valued his own gain even at the cost of others’ loss. Indra, the slayer of the demon Paak, was like a cunning crow, crafty, driven by malice, and harbouring deep mistrust towards all."
