Hindi Meaning
"जीने और मरने का फल तो दशरथजी ने ही पाया, जिनका निर्मल यश अनेकों ब्रह्मांडों में छा गया। जीते जी तो श्री रामचन्द्रजी के चन्द्रमा के समान मुख को देखा और श्री राम के विरह को निमित्त बनाकर अपना मरण सुधार लिया॥1॥"
English Meaning
"Dashrath ji attained the highest reward in both life and death. His pure and noble fame spread across countless Universes. In life, he beheld the Moon-like face of Shri Ram, and in death, he sanctified his end by departing from the world in the agony of separation from his beloved Son."
